October 1982 Minotti family took a large disused land ownership, located on top of Monterosso, above Verbania. In that year was born the Farm Il Monterosso whose owner, Isis Minotti, helped by father Benito, by Angela mom and brother Giancarlo, He begins his adventure in agriculture. After more than thirty years we can certainly say that all the effort invested in the project have had the effect hoped for! Today the farm has indeed found its size and its market space.
The production of vegetables and fruit goes to make up the raw material for many of the specialties served at the Ristoro Monterosso, always linked to the tradition of the territory. The garden products, the orchard and also the Monterosso woods can also be purchased by customers visiting the company and will be a pleasant and tasty souvenirs of Lake Maggiore!
